The Halogenics Helpdesk

From October 2011, Halogenics is using an integrated helpdesk solution and ticketing system from Zendesk

You can create a ticket (a request for support, bug report or feature request) in one of the following ways:

  • Web: Visit support.halogenics.com. You can create a ticket or track the progress of an existing ticket.
  • Email: Send a message to support@halogenics.com - this will generate a ticket automatically.
  • Twitter: Send us a DM or tweet mentioning @Halogenics_Help and we'll track it and turn it into a ticket.

This system will allow us to better track and respond to your support requests, gather feedback and develop a knowledgebase of past solutions to issues.

We can also escalate bug reports, improvement suggestins and feature requests directly into our new JIRA development system, and you'll be able to track the progress of your report or request through the development process.

 

Latest Support News:

To complement these new systems, we're also bringing online a central knowledgebase and documentation site. This new site will contain the latest news items, documentation, training materials, "How-to" movies and more.
