Adding Units or Laboratories to a Division

A "Unit" refers to an organisational unit - a subunit of a division. This could be a research laboratory within scientific division, or a support unit (eg: HR, Finance, IT) within an Administrative or Support Division. The term "unit" is used generically to refer to any of these divisional subunits.
